Elbow Pain
Tennis elbow is a condition that can result from overuse of the muscles and tendons in the elbow. Tennis elbow is often linked to repeated motions of the wrist and arm. Despite its name, most people who get tennis elbow don't play tennis. Some people have jobs that involve repeated movements that can lead to tennis elbow. These include tradies like plumbers, painters, carpenters and butchers. However, often tennis elbow has no clear cause. Pain can spread into the forearm and wrist. You can prevent tennis elbow by keeping your arm properly positioned when you are at work or doing leisure activities. Try to keep your elbows slightly bent when you exercise or lift things. Try to take regular breaks when you do activities where you move your elbow and wrist a lot. This is very important if the task involves repetitive movements.

Ankle Pain can happen for many reasons. The most common causes include injuries, arthritis and normal wear and tear. The RICE method is a well known method to follow as soon as you notice pain or other symptoms.
Rest: Avoid the activity that caused the ankle injury or pain. Don’t overuse your ankle while it heals.
Ice: Apply a cold compress or ice packs wrapped in a thin towel to your ankle for 15 minutes at a time, a few times a day.
Compression: You can wrap your ankle in an elastic bandage to help reduce swelling. Your provider can show you how to apply a compression bandage safely so it’s not too tight.
Elevation: Prop your ankle above the level of your heart as often as you can.

Wrist Pain
Wrist Pain. Most cases of wrist pain are mild and will go away on their own with rest and at-home treatment. Visit a healthcare provider if you’re experiencing wrist pain that doesn’t go away in a few days, or if the pain is getting worse. Wrist pain can be caused by sprains, fractures, infections, osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, ganglion cysts or other conditions. Treatment for wrist pain depends on the cause, and may include rest, ice and compression.
